Robert Eisenberg has more than 20 years of administrative, managerial, clinical, and operations experience in the healthcare industry.  His areas of expertise include business development, strategic planning, motivating and developing employees, and financial resources management.  Working primarily in ambulatory surgery settings, he has held positions at multi-site healthcare organizations, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and ASC management companies.

He collaborates with organizations on all aspects of ambulatory surgery center syndication including business formation, physician recruitment, operational readiness, regulatory compliance, budget management, and culture creation.

Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, St. Mary’s City, MD; a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD; and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University Maryland, Baltimore, MD.  He holds a Registered Nurse license in the state of Maryland and is a member of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association and the Maryland Ambulatory Surgery Association.
